You can request deletion of your Fence Quote Builder account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what gets deleted, and what we're required to keep.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@fencequotebuilder.com with the subject line "Delete my account", sent from the email address on your account.
- We'll reply to confirm the request (this verifies you own the account) and note anything that will be retained, listed below.
- Once confirmed, we delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Fence Quote Builder accounts are typically created under a company workspace. If your account was set up by your employer, you can also ask your workspace administrator to remove your account directly from the app's user management screen — that takes effect immediately.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Photos you uploaded for the Fence Visualizer | Deleted. |
| Crash and diagnostic data tied to your device | Deleted or de-identified. |
| Quotes, contracts, and customer records you created for your company | These are business records that belong to your company's workspace and remain available to it. Your name is disassociated from them on request. |
| Billing and transaction records | Retained as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted. |
Deleting data without closing your account
If you want to remove specific data but keep your account, you can delete individual quotes and uploaded photos from within the app, or email hello@fencequotebuilder.com and tell us what you'd like removed.
